§ Mr. MartenOn a point of order, Mr. Speaker. There were 37 Questions down to the Prime Minister today, and we reached No. 2. Important as the last Question was, it developed into a debate which shut out the other questioners. May we get on with our Question Time?
§ Mr. SpeakerMay I say that I am rather surprised by the source of the 1361 point of order? The hon. Member for Banbury (Mr. Marten) is not lacking in jumping up during Prime Minister's Questions. If the House is feeling strongly on a matter, it is difficult for me to decide when the moment has come to cut off the questions. This afternoon it seemed to me that there was a rising interest in Question No. 2.
