Amendments made: No. 118, in page 44, line 34, leave out from 'above', to 'requires' in line 35 and insert 'neither—

  1. (a) the following enactments, namely—
    1. (i) section 2(3) of the Law Reform (Frustrated Contracts) Act 1943, and
    2. (ii) section 2(3) of the Frustrated Contracts Act (Northern Ireland) 1947 (each of which'.

No. 119, in page 44, line 37, leave out 'shall not' and insert 'nor (b) any rule of the common law of Scotland corresponding to those enactments, shall'.
