I beg to move Amendment No. 68, in page 55, line 18, after 'prostitutes', insert: 'or persons convicted of an offence under section 4 or 5(3) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971'. The amendment adds drug traffickers to the list of undesirable persons whom it is an offence for a licence holder knowingly to allow in his premises. It honours an undertaking given to the hon. Member for Fife, East (Sir J. Gilmour) in Committee.
