I beg to move Amendment No. 32, in page 22, line 25, leave out 'licensed premises' and insert: 'the licensed premises in respect of which he is the holder of a licence'. This is a clarification of the intention of the clause.

I beg to move Amendment No. 33, in page 22, line 39, leave out 'infringes' and insert 'contravenes'.
