I should like, if I may, to say a word or two since I wish to support the Bill, believing as I do, that it is a very reasonable measure to be brought before the House of Commons and that it should be properly debated in order that the general public might know that Parliament is giving consideration to a highly——

On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker. My hon. Friend the Member for Erith and Crayford (Mr. Wellbeloved) said that he supported the Bill. Therefore, it is not yet opposed business.
