Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make amendments for England and Wales of provisions of the law which relates to local authorities or highways and is commonly amended by local Acts, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred by a Minister of the Crown by virtue of that Act and any increase attributable to that Act in the sums payable under any other Act out of money so provided.—[Mr. Oakes.]
