Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That it is expedient to authorise all such charges on public funds as may result from provisions of an Act of the present Session which extend the compensation provisions of the Nuclear Installations Act 1965 to a child born disabled as the result of an injury to either of its parents caused by breach of duty under that Act.—[The Solicitor-General.]
