§ Mr. MarshallWould the hon. Gentleman like to add to that reply? In this season of good will it is important that we should consider these matters very carefully, and it is high time that we had a more clearly considered view from the Government.
§ Mr. HoramWe have a clear-cut view of the Blennerhassett Report, which I hope the hon. Gentleman supports, as I think he does. We want to introduce legislation as soon as reasonably practicable, but that is not an early possibility.
