That, at this day's sitting, Standing Order No. 3 shall apply to the Motion relating to the Appropriation (No. 3) (Northern Ireland) Order 1976 with the substitution of half-past Twelve o'clock or two and a half hours after it has been entered upon, whichever is the later, for the provisions in paragraph (b) of the Standing Order.—[Mr. Frank R.
