§
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make further provision with respect to the use or acquisition by private patients and others of facilities and supplies available under the National Health
§ Service Acts 1946 to 1973 or the National Health Service (Scotland) Acts 1947 to 1973 and to control hospital building outside the National Health Service, it is expedient to authorize—
- (1) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—
- (a) any expenses incurred by the Secretary of State for the purposes of that Act; and
- (b) any increase attributable to the provisions of that Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under any other Act; and
- (2) the payment into the Consolidated Fund of any sums falling to be so paid by virtue of that Act.—[Mr. John Ellis.]
