Motion made, and Question, That, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the practice of the House relating to matters which may be included in Finance Bills, any Finance Bill of the present Session may contain the following provisions taking effect in a future year—

  1. (a) provisions about relief under section 19 or 20 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1970;
  2. (b) provisions about income tax in respect of benefits of any description derived from a person's employment or his being a director of a body corporate.—[Mr. Healey.]

put forthwith pursuant to Standing Order No. 94 (Ways and Means Motions), and agreed to.
