Ordered, That so much of the Lords Message [1st April] as relates to the appointment of a Committee to consider the implementation of the Resolutions of both Houses in favour of the establishment of a permanent system of sound broadcasting of their proceedings and to make recommendations, be now considered.—[Mr. Thomas Cox.]

So much of the Lords Message considered accordingly.

Ordered, That a Select Committee of five Members be appointed to join with the Committee appointed by the Lords to consider the implementation of the Resolutions of both Houses in favour of the establishment of a permanent system of sound broadcasting of their proceedings and to make recommendations:

Ordered, That Sir Paul Bryan, Mr. Robert Cooke, Mr. Ben Ford, Mr. William Price, and Mrs. Ann Taylor be members of the Committee:

Ordered, That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers and records; to report from time to time; and to sit notwithstanding any adjournment of the House:

Ordered, That Two be the Quorum of the Committee.—[Mr. Thomas Cox.]
