Queen's Recommendation having been signified——

Resolved,

That, for the purposes of any Act of this Session to make provision as respects the licensing law of Scotland, it is expedient to authorise the payment of moneys provided by Parliament of any increase attributable to the said Act in the sums payable out of moneys so provided under any other enactment.—[Mr. Snape.]
