§ Dr. OwenI beg to move Amendment No. 177, in page 51, line 14, at end insert—
'(5A) Subsections (4) and (5) apply in relation to the dissolution of a body corporate as they apply in relation to the death of an individual.'.This amendment extends to voluntary organisations which are incorporated bodies for the purpose of new Clause 1 the provisions of subsections (4) and (5) of Clause 69, which deals with the devolution of parental rights and duties on the death of a person holding those rights and duties. It is uncontroversial.
