Lords amendment: No. 77, in page 62, line 29, leave out from "Commission" to" unless" in line 30 and insert on any application under paragraph 6 may if they think fit make a transitional exemption order, but shall not make such an order".

I beg to move, That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said amendment.

The amendment corrects an omission from the Scottish paragraphs of the schedule.
