§ Mr. RodgersI am aware of my hon. Friend's deep concern with the problems involving one of his constituents, and of the manner in which he has pursued this case with great tenacity. Though, at his request, I am prepared to consider the matter, the question has been examined many times and no satisfactory solution has been found to the problem as my hon. Friend sees it.
