Mr. Secretary Varley, supported by Mr. Secretary Crosland, Mr. Secretary Benn, Mrs. Secretary Williams, Mrs. Secretary Castle, Mr. Edmund Dell, Mr. Gregor Mackenzie, and Mr. Gerald Kaufman, presented a Bill to extend the powers of the Post Office to provide banking services; to make capital available for the provision of those services; to reduce the capital debt of the Post Office; and for connected purposes: and the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time tomorrow and to be printed.
