Ordered, That, at this day's Sitting, if the Motion in the name of the Prime Minister for the Adjournment of the House is not disposed of by Ten o'clock, it shall not lapse at that hour and may be proceeded with after Ten o'clock, though opposed; provided that Mr. Speaker shall put the Question thereon not later than three hours after proceedings on the Motion have been entered upon.—[Mr. Coleman.]
