That Standing Order No. 3 (Exempted business) be amended as follows:Line 17, after 'provides', insert 'and proceedings on Commission Documents'.Line 43, at end insert 'In this paragraph, and in Standing Orders No. 60 (Constitution of standing committees), No. 62 (Nomination of standing committees) and No. 73A (Standing Committee on Statutory Instruments, &c), "Commission Documents" means draft proposals by the Commission of the European Economic Community for secondary legislation and other documents published by the Commission for submission to the Council of Ministers'.—[Mr. Edward Short.]
