§ Mr. Gould accordingly presented a Bill to provide for arrested persons to have the right of access to a solicitor, subject to certain conditions; and to provide for the enforcement of such a right: and the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday 11th July and to be printed.
