§ Resolved,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to provide for the holding of a referendum on the United Kingdom's membership of the European Economic Community, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of the remuneration of the Chief Counting Officer appointed under that Act.—[Mr. Mellish.]
