Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make further provision for children, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—

  1. (a) all expenses incurred by the Secretary of State in consequence of the provisions of the said Act; and
  2. (b) any increase attributable to the said Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under any other Act.—[Mr. Thomas Cox.]
