Concannon, presented a Bill to amend the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1973; to make further provision with respect to criminal proceedings, the maintenance of order and the detection of crime in Northern Ireland; to provide for the detention of terrorists there; and for connected purposes: and the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time tomorrow and to be printed [Bill 179].
