Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make fresh provision for and in connection with the keeping of local land charges registers and the registration of matters therein, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—

  1. (a) any administrative expenses incurred by a Minister of the Crown or government department in consequence of the said Act;
  2. (b) any expenditure incurred by a Minister of the Crown or government department in the payment of any amount recoverable from him or them under the said Act by a registering authority;
  3. (c) any increase attributable to the said Act in the sums so payable under any other Act.—[Mr. Walter Harrison.]
