Rooker accordingly presented a Bill to provide for the common ownership of the Royal Palace of Westminster for the duration of the time it remains the seat of the United Kingdom Parliament; to make provision to bring the Palace and those who work therein within the scope of all past, present, and future protective labour legislation; and for the purposes connected therewith; and the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time tomorrow and to be printed.
