Lords Amendment: No. 17, in page 8, line 10, leave out entry in consequence of" and insert "valuation as contained in".

I beg to move, That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said amendment.

With this amendment it would also be convenient to take Lords Amendment No. 37, in Schedule 6, in page 49, line 33, at end insert— (c) after the words "such valuation" there shall be inserted the words "as contained in the direction".". These are minor drafting amendments to bring the wording of the Bill into line with an amendment to the 1854 Act, which amendment we have already made in another part of the Bill.
