Mr. Millan

These amendments, which deal with Clause 16, and Schedules 3, 6 and 7, are all technical. They have one purpose, which is to apply Schedule 3, which deals with the question of borrowing and loans, not only to local authorities, to which it applies at the moment, but also to joint local authority boards which have borrowing powers, to water development boards and to river purification boards. All the amendments are directed to producing that effect.

Question put and agreed to.
