  1. 1. Light oil, except where it is in containers not exceeding 20 fluid ounces and is intended for sale in those containers solely as fuel for mechanical lighters.
  2. 2 Petrol substitute.
  3. 3. Power methylated spirits.

Notes:

  1. (1) "Light oil", "petrol substitute" and "power methylated spirits" have the same meanings as in the Hydrocarbon Oil (Customs & Excise) Act 1971.
  2. (2) "Mechanical lighters" has the meaning assigned to it by section 221(4) of the Customs and Excise Act 1952.—[Mr. Healey.]
