§ Order for Second Reading read.
§ 3.59 p.m.
§ Mr. Edwin Wainwright (Dearne Valley)I beg to move, That the Bill be now read a Second time.
If the Bill goes through all its stages and gets on to the statute book it will be a very useful addition, in that it will guarantee insurance to all persons travelling by coach abroad and the cost of their luggage if it is damaged.
There are certain involved matters which need detailed explanation, but I hope that that can be done in Committee.
