Ordered,
That, at this day's Sitting, the Motion for an Instruction relating to the Greater London Council (Money) Bill, set down by direction of the Chairman of Ways and Means for consideration at Seven o'clock, shall, instead of being considered at that hour, be entered upon at the conclusion of any proceedings in Committee on the Finance Bill this day, may be proceeded with after Ten o'clock though opposed, and shall be interrupted at the end of a period of one hour after it has been entered upon; but if proceedings in Committee on the Finance Bill have not been concluded at Ten o'clock the Chairman shall leave the Chair at that hour without putting any Question and the Motion for an Instruction may then be proceeded with, though opposed, for a period of one hour; and, in such case, at the conclusion of proceedings on the Motion, the House will again resolve itself into a Committee on the Finance Bill.—[Mr. Thomas Cox.]
