§ Mr. Patrick Cormack accordingly presented a Bill to amend the Cinematograph Acts 1909 and 1952 and, so far as it relates to things done in the course of cinematograph exhibition, section 1 of the Obscene Publications Act 1959; to make fresh provision with respect to the display, advertisement or distribution of indecent matter and to the use of machines for the viewing of indecent pictures; and for purposes connected with those matters: and the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday 12th July and to be printed.
