In replying to a supplementary question on Question No. 1 the Under-Secretary of State for Employment said that, if necessary, the Chancellor of the Exchequer would introduce a second Budget. Since the right hon. Gentleman said when he introduced his Budget in March that there would be a second Budget, can you arrange for a statement to clarify matters?
