On a point of order, Mr. Speaker. We were unable to reach the next Question—No. 18—which thus precludes either the Prime Minister or the Secretary of State for Industry from making a statement to the House about the important decisions which, apparently, were taken about Concorde in the discussions between the Prime Minister and the President of France.
