Ordered, That, whenever the House stands adjourned for more than two days, any select Committee shall have power to deliver Minutes of Evidence taken before them or before any Subcommittee appointed by them, or Minutes of their Proceedings, or any paper containing their observations, conclusions or recommendations, to the Clerk of the House; and the delivery of such Minutes or papers to the Clerk shall be deemed to be the reporting of them to the House; and the Committee shall have power to direct the printing of such Minutes or papers, and such printing shall be deemed to be by order of the House.—[Mr. Walter Harrison.]
