I beg to move Amendment No. 71, in page 35, line 27, at end insert `consumer credit'.

It will also be convenient to take Government Amendment No. 72.

Both amendments are drafting matters. Amendment No. 71 applies only to credit agreements and not to hire agreements. At present this is not expressly said. The amendment makes sure that there can be no doubt about the situation.
