Resolved,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to extend from 31st July 1976 to 31st July 1979 the date until which the Independent Broadcasting Authority are to provide television and local sound broadcasting services, it is expedient to authorise the payment into the Consolidated Fund of any increase attributable to the extension of that date by that Act in the sums falling to be so paid under any other Act.—[Mr. Alexander W.
