§ Resolved,
§ That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make provision as to the 718 payments to be made to the Independent Broadcasting Authority by television programme contractors, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom of amounts falling to be paid to programme contractors by way of adjusting overpayments made by those contractors.—[Sir J.
