Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make further provision with respect to road traffic, operators' licences and drivers' hours, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (1) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any expenses of the Secretary of State attributable to the said Act; and
  2. (2) any increase attributable to the said Act in the sums payable out of such money under any other Act.—[Mr. Speed.]
