Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to establish a public authority to conduct the business of Her Majesty's Land Registry, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (1) the payment out of the National Loans Fund of sums required for making loans to that authority ;
  2. (2) the payment out of the Consolidated Fund of sums required for fulfilling guarantees given by the Treasury in respect of sums borrowed by that authority ;
  3. (3) the payment into the National Loans Fund or the Consolidated Fund of sums falling to be paid into that Fund in pursuance of any provision of that Act ;
    4. 2028
  4. (4) the payment out of money provided bv Parliament of—
  5. (a) any expenses incurred by any Government department in consequence of any provision of that Act ;
  6. (b) any increase attributable to that Act in the sums payable under any other Act out of money so provided.—[The Solicitor-General.]
