That— (1) all Standing Orders complied with in respect of any Public Bill presented during the present Session shall be held to have been complied with in respect of any Bill presented in the next Session which is the same in every respect as the Bill which was presented in the present Session; and where the Examiner has reported that the Standing Orders have been complied with in respect of any such Bill, he shall report only whether any further Standing Orders are applicable; (2) any Petitions against the Bill presented in pursuance of any Order of the House of the present Session and not withdrawn shall stand referred to any Select Committee to whom the Bill may be Committed in the next Session; That this Order be a Standing Order of the House.—[Mr. Peyton.]
