On a point of order, Mr. Speaker. May I draw to your attention the reply which the Minister for Housing and Construction gave to a Question earlier this afternoon with reference to the short supply of certain building materials, namely plaster products? He said that what was required was a return to full working instead of the three-day week, and—

Order. I am sure that the hon. Member has been here long enough to know that the content of an answer is not a matter for the Chair. I have no control over that.

Mr. Urwin

But, Mr. Speaker, with respect, it is a well-known fact that plaster has been in short supply for well over two years, and subject to long deliveries.

That is not a matter of order.
