Before I call the hon. Lady the Member for Birmingham, Edgbaston (Mrs. Knight) to move her amendment to Clause 1, I should like to draw the attention of hon. Members to the fact that an additional amendment has been tabled to the Bill. The amendment is new Clause 4, entitled "Increase of Death Grant" and is in the names of the hon. Member for Wells (Mr. Boscawen) and the hon. Member for Lancaster (Mrs. Kellett-Bowman). Typed copies of the amendment are available in the Vote Office, together with a printed list of amendments to the Bill. I have decided to select the new clause, which will be called immediately after the debate on Amendment No. 8.
