Resolved, That any Act of the present Session to authorise the payment of food subsidies may make provision—

  1. (a) for requiring payments to be made to the Secretary of State in respect of goods exported from the United Kingdom which consist of or contain food in respect of which payments have been made by the Secretary of State under the Act ;
  2. (b) for the payment into the Consolidated Fund of sums paid to the Secretary of State in pursuance of any such requirement.—[Mr. Walter Harrison.]
