Lords Amendment: No. 26, in page 60, line 25, after "shall" insert "be".

I beg to move, That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said amendment.

With this amendment it will be convenient to take Lords Amendment No. 26A, in Clause 109, page 61, line 14, leave out "of" and insert "to".
