Lords Amendment: No. 93, in page 197, line 27, at end insert:
In section 24(2) (arrangements for patrolling school crossings), for heads (i) and (ii) there shall be substituted the words "the regional or islands council".

This amendment corrects an omission from the Bill by transferring the duty of appointing school crossing patrols to the new regional and islands authorities.
