§ Mr. JannerBy how much has the cost of living risen since the Prime Minister assured the citizens of Leicester during the General Election that, if his party was elected, the cost of living would be held down? Does he appreciate the grave hardship being caused by the increase in the cost of living and especially by the increase in the cost of food?
