Gentleman realise that since his right hon. and learned Friend replied to me on 26th September, the Government have announced a £100 million cut in capital expenditure on hospitals, schools, etc.? Will the hon. Gentleman give me an undertaking that the rephasing of Government expenditure on hospitals and schools will not delay still further this necessary hospital at Bridgend?
