Resolved,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to amend the law relating to insurance companies and the carrying on of insurance business, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred under that Act by the Secretary of State.—[Sir G.
