I beg to move Amendment No. 80 in, page 91, line 12, leave out subsection (3) and insert: '(3) The Board shall make such arrangements with the Secretary of State and the Northern Ireland Ministry as appear expedient for associating the administration of the reserve pension scheme with that of—

  1. (a) the basic scheme as it operates in Great Britain and Northern Ireland respectively; and
  2. (b) the Industrial Injuries Acts and the corresponding enactments in force in Northern Ireland,
and for the exchange of information in that behalf'.

With this Amendment we can consider Government Amendments Nos. 81, 84, 86, 105, 106 and 138.

Mr. Dean

This is a formal amendment designed to bring the provisions into line with the general provisions of the Bill in regard to Northern Ireland. The other amendments in this group have a similar effect.
