§ Mr. SpeakerBefore we continue consideration of the Water Bill, I remind the House that, as hon. Members may have already noticed, it has not been possible to reprint the Notice Paper of amendments to the Bill. Therefore, we shall have to work from yesterday's Notice Paper. Adequate stocks are available in Xerox form in the Vote Office.
Notice was given of two further amendments to the Bill yesterday in the name of the hon. Member for Derbyshire, South-East (Mr. Rost) and these are available on a separate paper. Both amendments are to earlier parts of the Bill whose consideration was completed yesterday, and they are, therefore, not capable of selection
